How we work

Automation only becomes valuable when it matches how your business really works. That is why we never start with technology, but with your processes. In five clear steps we go from a first conversation to a working automation with lasting support.

  1. Introduction

We start with a no-obligation conversation, by phone or online. You explain how your business works, which tasks take up a lot of time and where daily practice runs into friction. We ask targeted questions and give you an immediate, honest first impression: where do we see opportunities, and where is automation simply not worth it?

This conversation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. Even if you only want to explore what is possible, you are welcome.

  2. Analysis & advice

If together we see sufficient potential, we dive deeper into your processes. We map out which systems you use, how information currently moves from A to B, and where most of the time and errors sit. On that basis you receive a concrete proposal: which processes we will automate, what the solution will look like, what the expected time savings are and what it will cost.

No thick reports full of jargon, but a clear plan you can explain to anyone in your business. You decide whether and where we start; we often advise starting small with the process that delivers the quickest result.

  3. Implementation

Once you have given the go-ahead, we start building. We set up the workflows and integrations, test as we go and keep you informed of progress. You and your team can simply carry on working: we build alongside your existing way of working and only switch over when everything is ready.

Where relevant, we work in a test environment with sample data, so that your live administration remains untouched during the build.

  4. Testing & delivery

Before anything goes live, we test the automation together with you using real-world situations, including the exceptions: what happens with an incomplete request, a duplicate entry or a system that is temporarily unavailable? Only when everything is right do we switch the automation on.

Upon delivery you receive a clear explanation of what has been built and how it works, so that you are not dependent on knowledge that only we hold.

  5. Support & optimisation

After go-live we remain available. We monitor whether the automations keep running properly and step in if an integration falters, for example because one of your software packages changes. If you run into anything, you can simply e-mail us.

In addition, we review things with you periodically: your business changes, and your automations can grow with it. The first project often generates ideas for the next step.

Our principles

What you can count on during every project

However different our projects may be, the way we work is always the same. These commitments form the basis of every engagement.

  • Clear agreements up front — you know what you will get and what it will cost before we start.
  • Plain language — we explain every choice in everyday words, not in jargon.
  • Your existing software as the starting point — we build on what you already use, no unnecessary new packages.
  • Start small, deliver fast — rather one process that saves time this month than a mega-project that takes a year.
  • Careful with your data — we work in accordance with the GDPR and treat your business information confidentially.

Ready for the first step?

That first step is a small one: a conversation. Tell us about your processes and discover, with no obligation, where automation can save you time.
