This privacy policy applies to the website ezzio.nl of Ezzio Automation, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number [KVK number]. Ezzio Automation is the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect personal data that you provide to us yourself via the contact form on this website:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Company name (optional, only if you fill it in)
• Phone number (optional, only if you fill it in)
• The content of your message

In addition, when the form is submitted, some technical data is recorded automatically, solely to be able to detect abuse and spam:

• Your IP address
• Technical information about your browser (the so-called user agent)
• Date and time of submission

3. What do we use this data for?

We use the data from the contact form solely to:

• answer your message and contact you about your enquiry;
• detect and prevent abuse of the form (such as spam).

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of (pre-contractual) measures at your request and our legitimate interest in protecting our website against abuse. We do not use your data for marketing purposes and do not send newsletters.

4. How is your data stored?

Messages you send via the contact form are stored in a local database on our own server. This database is not publicly accessible via the internet. Your data is not forwarded to external parties or external services.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your contact enquiry for as long as necessary to answer your question and to follow up on any resulting engagement, with a maximum of two years after the last contact. If your enquiry leads to an assignment, data may be kept longer insofar as necessary for the performance of the agreement or to comply with statutory (tax) retention obligations.

6. Do we share data with third parties?

No. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example at the demand of a competent authority).

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. No external services (such as analytics platforms, font services or social media buttons) are loaded that could track your browsing behaviour. That is why there is no cookie banner for you to click away.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) for all pages of this website and shielded storage of form submissions on the server.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we process about you;
• request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data;
• object to the processing or request that it be restricted;
• receive your data in a commonly used format (data portability).

You can exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to info@ezzio.nl. We will respond to your request within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state if you believe we are not handling your data correctly.
